I’m glad you’re here. I offer counselling for adults (18+) who are navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, or simply wanting to reconnect with themselves. Whether you're starting therapy for the first time or returning after a break, we’ll take things at your pace, in a way that feels safe and supportive.

About Me
​Like many people, I’ve faced personal challenges that have shaped who I am and how I connect with others. Through my own journey of reflection and healing, I’ve learned to make sense of these experiences — and that understanding now guides how I support others.
I bring over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health and wellbeing. My aim is to offer a warm, open, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, or just feeling a bit stuck — I’m here to walk alongside you.

WHAT I OFFER

In Person Sessions
As a counsellor, I work collaboratively with you to explore and gently challenge unhelpful beliefs that may be contributing to emotional distress or imbalance. My aim is to support you in developing a clearer, more coherent understanding of your experiences, while fostering greater self-awareness and insight.
At the moment, all sessions are held online, as I’m currently in the process of finding a new practice space.

Online Sessions
My counselling sessions are currently available online, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. I’m committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected.
